Last night while in Chattanooga we stopped at one of our favorite stores…Rock Creek Outfitters.
There I purchased this little beauty
I know you can’t see the back strap but this wraps around my waist and is actually awesome for running with. (I tried it out this morning.) I knew I would like it if it was half as good as this
This is my all time favorite water bottle that goes EVERYWHERE with me.
I also love Chattanooga
View from our picnic last night
LB and Daisy also had fun
Daisy was not cooperating for picture time
This morning I had the exact same breakfast as I ate yesterday and it was every bit as good!
- Plain Greek yogurt with honey and cinnamon
- Dark Chocolate Dreams PB
- Blackberries
- Granola
After breakfast Lew and I (along with LB and Daisy) headed to the greenway and pounded out 4 miles.
Now we have fed babies and had lunch. Our lunch was made from chicken stuffed with cheese made into quesadillas. Today is the last day at my mom’s so we are running low on food. I didn’t want to go out so we made what we had work.
I also warmed a can of spinach that I found but it wasn’t too great
Now I am off to complete my to do list for the rest of the day:
- Buy my sisters birthday present
- Check out dresses at Target
- Publish first entry into Project Food Blog
- Shower and get ready for wedding at 6:00
Lets hope I can get it all done

Wow, I am so excited to have come across your blog. Must be meant to be =) I have been trying to find a good healthy blog to follow! I am so lost when it comes to eating healthy…and with two little ones, I know we really need to start changing our eating habits! I am looking forward to getting some ideas from your post! How is the greek yogurt? I see that you eat that alot for breakfast…I am guessing it is good for you, but how does it taste?
I love Greek yogurt but is definitely is an aquired taste. The great thing is that it takes on the flavor odwhatever you pair it with. Honey makesit yummy. You can also use it as a su substitute for sour cream. I am new to using it so keep watching fir new uses.
I am definitely going to pick some up the next time I go shopping! I am always up for trying new things…. and a substitute for sour cream! Really??? I LOVE sour cream! I’ll let you know how I like it! Can’t wait to see what healthy recipes you post next!
I am here from Tara’s round-up and just wanted to say hi! Sounds like you have a crazy day!
Your running impresses me. I have tried to get into a few different times, but always manage to quit after the second or third run. I wish I was a runner though!
Sarah,
Thanks for checking out my blog! My running is definitely not what it could be but I am working on it. Before I became pregnant I ran a lot but now it is not as easy. It is hard to find time and a baby sitter but I am working on it.
Likewise, I’m looking forward to following along to your efforts for Project Food Blog. Good luck!
MMMM, that dark chocolate dreams PB looks good…!
