Pumpkin!!!

Look what my little buddy did today…

(He likes Daisy’s walker because it has toys and makes music and lights up!)

He pulled the basket of burp cloths down and thought it was quite funny, but how can you be upset with that sweet little face!

I know I have not been very good about keeping up with my eats this weekend but I promise I will be back in full blogging mode tomorrow.

This morning I had a very boring bowl of cereal for breakfast.

For lunch we had a soup and dessert luncheon following church. (The camera had gotten left in the car)

I had a small bowl of chicken tortilla soup (recipe to come tomorrow) and a small bowl of potato soup. (It was so creamy and cheesy!)

The best part was the dessert…I had a small brownie, pumpkin dip with gingersnap cookies and a scoop of a gingerbread and pumpkin trifle. I have asked for these pumpkin recipes and promise they will be recreated soon!

Tonight’s dinner was photographed…it is definitely an out of the ordinary kind of dinner in our house. Lew and I had lined up a babysitter because we had planned on going for a run this evening but it has not stopped raining all day. So, we decided to run by the grocery store and get a bite to eat. We were kind of in a hurry because it was getting late and thought a quick dinner in the car would be best.
