Last night I hosted a Thirty-One party at my house and had a great time! Thirty-One is kind of like pampered chef but for handbags, gifts and organizational totes. I made a few finger foods and we had ate, chatted and looked at catalogs. It was a lot of fun!
It looked like the Thirty-One catalog exploded in my kitchen!
For snacks I made a couple different things.
Carrot sticks with roasted pine nut hummus.
Creamy salsa dip with tortilla chips. (I simply blended 1 block of cream cheese with a jar of salsa.)
I also made pumpkin bread muffins. I was so proud of myself because I made this recipe all by myself and they were so good! I am thinking about making these for LB and Daisy’s birthday party and topping them with cream cheese icing.
Sadly, I got side tracked and didn’t get a photo so I am going to wait and post photos and recipes when I make them for the big party!
Now I am going to go get showered and dressed because I have a hot date tonight!
