Tonight was small group night which you all know how much I love! I thought it would be a good idea to get together at the park next to our church and have a cookout. The weather was so nice today and I love cooking and eating outside when the weather is right. What is better than doing all of that with all of your close friends. Love.
Last week I bought 5 lbs. of extra lean turkey meat and decided turkey burgers would be the way to go. Ground turkey has the tendency to become dry and flavorless so here is what I added to the meat before patting it out and putting it on the grill.

I have no exact measurements for you but this is the list of things I add to the meat before grilling.
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Horseradish (about a tablespoon)
- Spicy Mustard (probably 3 tbs. for 3.5 pounds of meat)
- Tony Cachera’s seasoning salt.
I promise these will be the best turkey burgers you have ever eaten. They were awesome!
We had a great time and of course LB and Daisy loved all the attention and they love being outside.
