Good afternoon blog world! I hope you are having an awesome week and adjusting to the time change. Since the time change LB and Daisy have decided to get up at 7:00 instead of 7:45 but they have also decided to nap closer to three hours rather than an hour and a half. Which is more than fine by me ![]()
I know you are looking at my blog title and thinking “Christmas already?” and I can completely understand that. I am not all about skipping Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is one of my favorite times of year and I do not intend to look past it at all. But in our house we will be VERY busy from now until Christmas so it is time to get the Christmas shopping and list making in order. Lew actually asked if I wanted to do some Christmas shopping on Thursday and who am I to turn down a day of shopping with my sweet family! So today I am making lists. First I am making a personal list of everyone I want to buy for and an idea of what to buy them. Second I am going to make a list in this blog post of things I would love for Santa to bring me and LB and Daisy for Christmas. I am pretty sure than Santa reads my blog so I thought this would be a good idea! And as for my sweet Lew, well, Santa already dropped off his road bike, clips, shoes and some pretty nice gear. I will let you know if anything needs to be added to his list…

Mountain Hardwear LoDown Vest Color: Dewberry Size: Large
I absolutely love a down vest! I have had the same one from American Eagle since high school! I love it but it is about time to retire it and move on. I love to just throw on a warm vest and go in the winter. My favorite thing about a vest is when we go on snowboarding trips. After packing all of my gear there is rarely room for a big jacket. With a vest like this it is all you need!

Play Kitchen

I love that this kitchen has a washing machine! LB and Daisy love to help with the laundry and play in the kitchen. There is a toy kitchen at church and it is their favorite thing to play with!
LB and Daisy love to push around our vacuum and think helping mommy and daddy is the greatest thing ever! I think they would love this!

Since LB and Daisy stay at home and haven’t started preschool yet I think its good for them to start learning skills and do art projects and things. When I helped teach pre-school the kids always enjoyed learning how to use scissors.

The Letter Factory is definitely my favorite learning DVD set for LB and Daisy! They love watching the dvd they have in the car and would love this awesome set.

When it comes to Christmas I tend to get overwhelmed with everything that we have going on. So, this year I decided to select a few things for our wish list so when people (or Santa
) asks I have already thought about it!
Now it is time to get my shopping list together!
